"We were given Tarence's name from a previous realtor we had used that had moved out-of-state. We told her that we needed a realtor that was as aggressive as she was. Tarence fit the bill to a "T". His professionalism and candor really shined. On our initial meeting with him, he walked around the outside of our house for about thirty minutes looking at EVERYTHING and taking multiple photos. Once inside, he spent over two hours getting to know us and our house instead of just quickly putting up a 'For Sale' sign and driving away.
Tarence was up front with us about how difficult the market was, but he was very confident that he could sell our house. This was very comforting because we had only a short time to sell before we were off to another state for a new job.
